Solutions/Applications Architect will have significant end to end hands-on experience for a project customer 360 initiatives. They will be setting up enterprise grade data management/platforms to bring customer data together, creating the customer data platforms, implementing customer data strategy, work with SI partners and end to end architecture technologies (unlocking/creating blue prints)

They will work with identity, collecting/ingesting information form various areas and resolve one ID to match with customer records across the various business units. Customer 360 is defined as combining data from various entities with in an enterprise to come up with a single view of the customer, which can be done through many solutions, such as MDM, Acxiom, and Merkle. To give a big picture view of the customer and leverage this into campaigns and data analytics. They are setting up a next generation cloud architecture, using AWS.

They will lead this initiatives across various business units to provide direction and insights. They will work with the enterprise architect teams that touches integrations to security. This project will deal with PII to deal with customer data and communicating with security architects to drive the reviews and approvals to present the direction and solution being implemented.

DAILY TASKS: Serve as a technical bridge between business and technical stakeholders to develop a solution and architectural approach that supports Customer Data & Marketing initiatives. Translate complex functional, technical, and business requirements into architectural designs in the Data Ecosystem. Strategize with business and technical stakeholders on solution feasibility and conceptual designs. Collaborate with cross functional teams to refine solution requirements and designs. Interfaces and collaborations between them, define higher-level functional Nonfunctional Requirements NFRs Defines a shared technical and architectural vision focused on creating technical alignment for the full Solution rather than concerns for specific components. Create and Manages the Solution Architecture / Design / Technical documents. Responsible for the technical content (architecture and design), integrity and quality of solution. Ability to make buy vs. build (DA analysis) recommendation and product choices. Accountable for the delivery of the solution as specified (by requirements and architecture). Analyzes available assets (frameworks, reference architectures, etc.) to create transitional architectures. Build standards and best practices for cross-cutting software development concerns. Collaborate with business groups to map business requirements to architectural roadmaps and industry best practices Assist in the continual evolution of the Consumer Solutions group's processes and metrics to make the team more efficient, and increase value added to partner teams. Experience working with agile development teams, methodologies and toolsets.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Experience implementing, managing and setting up enterprise data platforms for big data technologies Must have exp with data oriented technologies, such as CDP (Customer Data Platform), MDM, Data Governance and Big Data with in a large enterprise system Experience with customer data mgmt/marketing ego systems or technologies Experience setting up Master Data Mgmt or Customer 360 platform (data virtual/visualization) Experience with end to end big data, using various data ingestion tools (ie sharing data in Messaging or API platforms) Experience with identity software (i.e Acxiom/MDM or Merkle) Having exp with customer ID's would be ideal, as they working with their Customer 360/Digital 360 Experience with AWS cloud architecture is preferred Excellent leadership and communication skills, presenting finding and solutions to be implemented to the business and IT leaders Experience with various Data Ingestion tools, such as Messaging/Middleware platforms, Data Visualization, Container Architectures, Data Factories/Fabric, Data Security, and/or privacy with reference to distributed Cloud architecture. Solution Architecture who has exp Big Data, Security, CI/CD, and Data Management Solutions Architect, working with business/technical stakeholders to develop solutions and architectural approaches . Experience in large enterprise systems design interfacing with multiple applications, and implementing pragmatic designs Education: BS/MS degree in Computer Science or other technical field, or equivalent.

Desired: Architecture understanding of Machine Learning, AI, and/or Customer Identity Resolution, Experience with data ingestion, using API or messaging platforms, data visualization's Experience Salesforce Cloud eco-system (Service, Marketing, Commerce), Exp with Marketing Initiatives is highly desired and will give valuable/advantage Designing & deploying the Marketing & Data Oriented applications that deals with high volume, high velocity and omni channel user experiences.
