JOB SUMMARY:The Branch Operations Coordinator has a primary focus of monitoring and managing the Insurance Group Federal Credit Union (FIGFCU) ATM fleet to ensure it is highly operational and providing an excellent customer experience. They also assist branches by providing operational support, branch coverage, and training and introduction of new programs and services. Other duties also include, special projects, and increasing efficiencies within the branches.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:• Administrator for Mobile and Desktop Remote Deposit Capture; processing deposits and registrations for members.• Monitors and reviews mobile deposit to detect trends of potential fraud and kiting patterns to prevent loss to the Credit Union.Place necessary check holds upon review and/or restrict access to our Remote Deposit Platform.• Monitors Cash Reports to ensure applicable holds are placed on large check deposits throughout the Credit Union.• Monitor Daily Transactions of Deposits that occur at a Shared Branch/ATM location of $5,000.00 or more.• Reviews all accounts on report to determine if an extension hold needs to be placed on the funds to minimize Credit Union loss and to avoid potential fraud.• Fully responsible for managing and processing general ledger entries.• Follow up with Shared Branches or Credit Union staff if a Currency Transaction Report is needed for transactions in excess of $10,000.• Monitors Daily Cash Transaction Report and contact Shared Branches to request copy of Currency Transaction Report that was filed.• Contact Branches for completed Currency Transaction Report to be submitted to the Bank Security Act Officer.• Monitors and manages the FIGFCU ATM fleet, ensuring service calls are promptly addressed; reducing the time ATMs are inoperable.• Monitors all Credit Union ATMs through technology such as Opteview Resolve, daily, to ensure machines are fully functional, being managed properly and, have sufficient cash, and ensure general ledgers are accurately balanced.• Contacts vendors timely when ATMs are out of service and follows up on remedial action to return machines to being fully operational.• Serves as CRM/BI expert providing support in building report queries and activities for Branch operations/Branches; when needed.• Opens, funds, and services Investor Certificate of Deposits with a sense of urgency and accuracy.• Performs routine maintenance on all accounts as necessary.• Processes Agent Terminations daily for Insurance Group to inform of payoffs of funds that are secured by Contract Value.• Follow up with Insurance Group when payoffs have not been received to ensure corrective action is taken.• Serves as the administrator for various platforms of technology used by branch staff, such as: Springboard,• WireXchange, CCM, Catalyst, and Experian.• Handles incoming calls through HUNT group to assist CU employees with systems/platform related issues.• Troubleshoots, supports and provides guidance on resolutions.• Also, serves as the administrator for Catalyst which will include setting up member-facing staff with access to TranZact, a platform used for the ordering of cash for both branches and ATMs.• Retrieves check images; such as On-Us and Off-Us checks, and resets passwords when needed.• Delivers training to new hires of the Credit Union, when needed. Training consist of educating branch staff of the utilization of applications which will enable them to assist members accordingly. Training includes but is not limited to: WireXchange, Springboard, Co-Op, CCM, Pay Now, C21 TranZCapture, Branch Audits and Negotiables, Extended Payments, Vault Handling, ATM Monitoring and Processing, Document Imaging, Instant Issue• Maintains up to date, working knowledge of all systems, participates in learning new information and application of all systems and is responsible for disseminating the training information to branch staff.• Assists supervisor in defining uniformity among all branches when it comes to logs, imaging of documents, audits, etc.• Responsible for mentoring branches with low audit ratings in order to improve significantly.• Notifies Branch Operations Supervisor if a branch needs operational support or guidance, and schedules a branch visit if needed to address concerns.• Stays abreast and cross trained on general Credit Union operations such as member transactions, and customer inquiries in order to provide backup coverage if needed. This may require traveling to a branch.• Monitors group email to provide support on all Credit Union technical applications.JOB REQUIREMENTS:• At least 2 years of experience in credit union or banking environment• Strong technical aptitude• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Strong listening skills• Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty.• Demonstrates a high level of accuracy, even under pressure.• Demonstrated analytical skillsEDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:• High school diplomaSCHEDULE:• M-F 7:30am - 4:00pm PSTApplicants must provide their phone number.
