Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Honeywell Aerospace Propulsion. You will be the technical leader and be the primary decision maker for program cost, schedule, and technical issues. You will lead prioritization of work packages, design goals and objectives, and drive overall program performance. The role will support a fast-paced program within Propulsion.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment of Initial Program Baselines

Prepare and Analyze Internal Cost Report Data

EAC Management on Assigned Programs

Compliant Baseline Change Management

Ensures Cost and Schedule Integration

Proactively and Effectively Communicates with Integrated Product Team

Apply EVM Knowledge and Procedures to Program

YOU MUST HAVEBachelor’s Degree

Microsoft Excel Experience

Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.

WE VALUEBachelor’s Degree in Business, Math, Finance or Economics or related field

Experience as Business Analyst

Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience

User experience of SAP system

Proficient Microsoft Office package skills e.g., Excel, Project, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.

Experience in financial data compilation, analysis, and metrics management

Project Management certification

Cost Reporting Experience: CPR, IPMR, IPMDAR, CFSR

Integrated Master Schedule Experience: Microsoft Project, SSI Tool
