Meet with the business to gather and document requirements for system changes. Perform design analysis for requested changes. Create and maintain functional specifications. Develop specifications for configuration changes. Communicate requirements and specifications to the technical team. Develop unit, system integration, performance, and user acceptance test plans. Conduct unit, system integration and performance testing. Support user acceptance testing. Create project plans and implementation playbooks.Knowledge, skills, abilities, traits, certifications, years of experience, to successfully perform job function REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: (Resume must reflect this experience) 6+ years experience as Business Systems Analyst, documenting business scenarios from business work flows and system flows. Experience performing SAP functional tasks for SD and MM modules. Experience in implementing SAP projects and enhancements using Agile and Waterfall methodology. Experience in writing requirements, design documents, test plans and test scripts. Experience providing documentation in PowerPoint slides for management review.
