Sr. Business Analyst will join the Captive Finance Division, which supports Finance and Information Technology solutions. They will report to the Digital Operations Manager, which provides production support/enhancements for their Salesforce website platforms and batch processing. Salesforce is used within the Financial Services Website for payment processing gateway. This resource will lead documentation and enhance/test different User Stories within the Salesforce platforms. They will work with a team of 4 other Bus Analyst with in Digital Operations group.

Project responsibilities: Support critical CRM applications for payment processing and tracking through their website, using SalesForce Lead different initiative, ranging in size, ensuring everything is getting done and on point. Lead initiative and coordinating with the respective team planning in advance, to ensure they meet respective deadlines Act as the Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for SalesForce, able to translate to coaching & consulting on the knowledge transfer Effectively communicate to both the Business and IT, articulate complex ideas and translate into a straight forward easy to understand manner for the Business Stakeholders Gather/Define business requirements, document to understand the technical specifications Trained to work on web application for large redesign, re-platform, creating a new look/feel of their current website.n help answer. Build and run reports with Salesforce (this is not a technical role) Work effectively with FC staff, IT staff, 3rd party vendor staff. Interact with company's personnel, builds strong relationships at all levels and across all business units and organizations, and understands business imperatives. Manage Software, Application, System Upgrades, Enhancements and Maintenance, act as the business liaison of customer and associate facing systems and applications powered by SFDC (SalesforceDotCom). Develop and maintain reporting to use as a tool for analysis to determine trends, platform/use case performance and call center operational impact, which lead to user stories. Maintain quality standard and process documentation and participate in Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives as a key member of the Digital Delivery Center and Scrum team. Coordinate and complete user story activities to remediate defect and system enhancements. Create and maintain support documents including: process maps/flows, acceptance criteria, status reports, work logs for action items, defects, testing scripts, etc. Contribute to the department s agile transformation by adopting agile principles and processes.

Daily Tasks: Participation in scrum activities Provide business and some technical analysis and supporting key initiatives through building business cases Recommend and implement business processes and/or system solutions Gather and document acceptance criteria Contribute to working solution iteration sessions Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Extensive experience working with business teams/stakeholder s to solicit & document requirements with a clear logical methodology process Expert in requirements solicitation and business process modeling, Need Strong CRM experience working with some kind of digital platform, ideally Salesforce or other platforms. Must know how to prioritize daily, weekly and monthly workload for the various user stories and backlogs. Enjoys working with business and technical team members with in SalesForce, able to translate requirements Solid Understanding in either Captive Finance (leases/loans/payments) or Financial Services Needs to be pro-active, with great time management skills, able to prioritize and set expectations Experience working on digital products, (i.e. SFDC - SalesforceDotCom) Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Mgmt) Experience participating with Scrum activities, including Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives and user stories Experience crafting detailed process maps/flows, acceptance criteria with traceability into design, iterative development and testing Experience using various project tools: MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio) Able to craft detailed process maps/flows, acceptance criteria with traceability into design, iterative development and testing Education: Bachelor's Degree

Highly Desired: SalesForce back-end knowledge is ideal or used Salesforce applications and understands base-line of foundations on how Salesforce operates (objects/records) to write business requirements or document user stories and acceptance criteria.

Desired: Salesforce ecosystem experience preferred. Sharepoint, knowledge of Azure/DevOps and Jira Batch Payment processing Salesforce CRM Applications Experience with Agile methodology is preferred. Familiarity with captive finance operations.
