We are seeking a General Office Clerk to perform various administrative support tasks, including operating office equipment and completing general clerical work.What you get to do every day
Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls
Delivering customer service quickly and accurately
Provide a warm environment to customers
Supporting front desk and receptionist duties
All tasks related to: word processing, data entry, filing, scanning, faxing, and copying
Demonstrate command of prescribed style and format when drafting correspondence
Provide support to other employees with diverse projects as necessary
Requirements
1+ years of Office Clerk experience at minimum suggested
This position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent
Be creative, adaptive, and eager to learn new technical skill sets
Be able to prioritize workload and perform in a fast paced and challenging environment
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company
Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel
Experience handling office equipment
Knowledge of Word
Highly organized and self-motivated
