Help Desk Technician Tustin, CA Onsite Contract for 6+ months DOE Our client is in a state of growth and needs immediate hire for a Help Desk Technician to assist with answering queries and addressing system and user issues in a timely and professional manner. Successful candidate will support and work with the IT team and will often interact with system and computer users across the company. Understanding and proactively maintain daily system performance, having the ability to troubleshoot customer problems, and innate follow-up and follow through skills are essential aspects to the help desk support's day to day role.Required Skills:- Windows 10
- Microsoft Office &Office 365,
- Active Directory
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, Networking, VPN and Wireless technologies
- AA Degree or Technical Certification
- Strong Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
