OverviewThe Access Management Analyst will work with the IT Access Management Operations Team and report directly to the Vice President. Key individual contributor with accountability for provisioning and administering user and privileged access across various technology platforms (e.g. Windows Active Directory, Mainframe, and UNIX) and core banking applications. Functions include creating, modifying, and disabling/terminating user access, and creation of mailbox accounts, administration of VPN access, and review and follow-up of expired and inactive accounts. Additional responsibilities include distribution of employee status changes to application security administrators and collaborating with other team members to develop or enhance processes that supports the Information Security control environment, assisting with Application Onboarding and Access Control List Certifications. The Access Management Analyst will also work with business users, Identity & Access Management Engineers, Access Management Governance as well as all other IT personnel like the Service Desk and Desktop services to troubleshoot issues and to bring about timely resolution to all questions or needs related to access management support, certification of access, reporting, and audit concerns. Responsibilities

  • Management of Windows AD domain users, groups, and resources. This includes the processing of Add, Change and Delete requests.
  • Security administration of over 350 business applications, including the Banks' loan origination system, Core Banking, Mainframe Top Secret /RACF, Sailpoint, Cyberark, OKTA, PeopleSoft and other internally developed and cloud applications.
  • Administration of RSA and Mi-Tokens and remote access VPN accounts.
  • Support Desktop Services and Service Desk in troubleshooting of Windows accounts, application users and resource issues.
  • Monitor AD domain and Application access for possible security issues and escalate appropriately.
  • Complete change release tasks during business and non-business hours.
  • Generate AD and Application Access Reports
Qualifications
    Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operational Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operational Support
  • Basic understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts and technologies.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory administration and user provisioning.
  • Hands on experience with IAM platforms and services such as Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Active Directory Domain Services, Okta Identity Cloud, and SailPoint
  • Technical experience with Windows operating system configuration and management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team.
  • Established organization skills with the ability to manage and prioritize incident and request workload, providing timely status updates and appropriate escalation to management and/or other members of the work group.
  • Availability to participate in 24x7 on call rotation providing after-hours operational support on a rotational basis, with minimal travel.
