DescriptionHR Services is looking for an HR Generalist to work with a thriving company in the Union City, CA. The HR Generalist who will be successful in this role is detail oriented, works quickly without making mistakes, is prompt, reliable, and has a go-getter attitude.Responsibilities of the HR Generalist:
Actively recruit for open positions which includes posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the onboarding and training process for new hires
Responsible for conducting all interviews
Responsible for conducting exit interviews
Handle all and any related employee relations issues
Answer questions related to Benefits and work closely with the Benefits Administrator
Maintain HRIS system and HR files
RequirementsWhat we're looking for:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work and/or education experience
3+ years of HR Generalist experience
HRIS system
