Summary:The Director, Creative is a role responsible for helping to establish and guide the creative for a Brand. The successful candidate will need both creative and business acumen to partner with internal and external teams to facilitate and execute the highest quality products and opportunities. The Director, Creative will lead, concept, and execute global creative strategy and creative tools for Franchises as assigned. They will also shape the tone and vision of any given brand. Develops campaigns and tools that unlock business and brand, ensuring exceptional creative quality across any given Franchise ecosystem.As a Franchise shepherd, ensures ownership of projects from start to finishGo-to brand expert in the characters/stories/content of NBCU entitiesOversees deliverables, including: style guides, asset packs and seasonal deliveries to align with business priorities, packaging and retail guidelines and subsequent approvalsEnsures that design projects align with brand guidelines, maintaining brand consistency across all touchpointsDevelops and maintains design standards and guidelines, ensuring consistency across design project and deliverables.Ensures best in class processes and fiscal responsibility across the team and organization. A people and projects leader.
