The Legal Assistant will be responsible for tasks like organizing files, preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and processing invoices. 4-year college degree or 4-year work experience in a similar position

What You Will Be DoingDaily Responsibilities
Help establish, maintain and participate in Company document management system
Help establish and maintain various Company databases including forms and precedents
Manage contracts; prepare, revise or review agreements, under attorney supervision
Preparing correspondence
Prepare summaries and indexes of agreements
Coordinate and arrange for payment under talent agreements
Special projects for SVP and others within the department
