This position is responsible for providing continuous support and information to customers, drivers, pharmacists, and techs regarding the status of pharmacy orders. Responsibilities:Liaison to customers and Pharmacy staff, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all packages.

Answers inquiries regarding deliveries.

For non-delivery related questions, refer to appropriate department.

Assists in maintaining correct documentation of customers Financial Assistance Applications.

Contacts customers to advise on status of deliveries.

Communicate with drivers on any delivery status change and/or pertinent information impacting deliveries.

Ensure all packages are sent out to be delivered.

Assists in maintaining all delivery record.

Maintains a clean and safe workspace and environment.

Comply with company procedures, rules and regulations while performing duties.

Communicates effectively with other staff to achieve positive customer outcomes.

Assists customers, family members or other clients with concern and empathy; respect their confidentiality and privacy and communicate with them in a courteous and respectful manner.

Maintain Confidentiality of customer medical records in accordance with state and federal laws.

Ensures compliance with all HIPAA, OSHA, and other federal, state, and local regulations.

Participates in meetings, training, and in-service education, as required.

Qualifications Qualifications:High School diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.

1-2 years of customer service/relations required.

Previous experience in pharmacy environment and pharmacy terminology preferred.
