If you are ready to accelerate, innovate, and lead, join us as we challenge constraints and problem solve for tomorrow.Our Modern Applications Business Unit (MAPBU) and GTM Readiness & Sales Acceleration team (GTM R&SA), internally known as FUEL, is looking for a strong program manager (PM) with an instructional design and/or content creation background to support our Sales team.This position will be in Eastern EST, Central or Pacific PST time zones and will report into the Director, GTM Readiness & Sales Acceleration, MAPBU, and will support our Solution Engineering (SE) and Customer Success Manager (CSMs) offerings .The PM will orchestrate the cross-functional collaboration required to produce high-impact enablement content that will be consumed directly by our Solution Engineers (SEs) an d Customer Success Manager s (CSMs) sales specialists .Key ResponsibilitiesContent Curation & CoordinationLead the design and development of curriculum paths for “How to sell…” specific products or product portfolios, and/or “how to sell into….” a market segment in collaboration with ProductMarketing

Consult & collaborate with product marketing and segment marketing leaderson the partners and Services teams,and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define the knowledge requirements, then validate the requirements with global sales leadership.

Lead and project manage the development of new materials and the improvement of existing materials, writing some content yourself, curating content from external sources, and leveraging vendors as necessary.

Review and approve the content built by others, maintaining high quality standards.

Support theDirectorofGTM R&SAin assessing the inventory(sort/organize/cull)of existing materials tosupport current and future enablementobjectives

Maintain a cadence of continuous improvement across all assigned curriculumareas

Establish and participate in feedback loop from the field to marketing counterparts to ensure content producedisrelevantand engaging.

Work with Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Competitive Intel, etc. to deliver sales-ready content that is actionableandincludesdetails(when/how/what)fromcurrentuse cases.

Establish protocol for content tagging and categorization to optimize rep engagement and buyer activation.

Internal Sales Communications-Sales intranet (Vault)page admin and maintenance,andnewsletter support

Ensure content and resources on Field EnablementVaultPagesareup-to-date, manage pagechanges

Manage and respond to questions/requests that are directed to theenablement email alias and slack channel.

Supportenablementnewsletter delivery through editing, and help frame content based on the curation efforts established with field andMarketing

Program Management & ExecutionContribute to other large or priority projects across the Coretrategy& Enablement team asrequested

Maintain expertise in adult learning approaches and sales enablement techniques by attending external conferences and seminars, and participatingin professional groups such as the Sales Enablement Society

Analyze and leverage metrics on content usage, training relevance and effectiveness to update and improve existingprograms

Provide functional sales team members with coaching and guidance to create effective, actionable enablement content and manage backlog anddeadlines

Collaborate with peer enablement teamson theSEandCSMteamsto align developmentobjectives

Ensure alignment between new content and existing frameworks andpriorities

Determine training validation objectives and work with the Enablement Operations Specialist to standardize individual and team reportingstandards

So lu tion Engineering (SE) & Customer Success Manager (CSM) :Act as primary enablement liaison with theSE andCSMSales teams

Educate yourself on theSE and CSM team landscapes, GTM, supportfunctions

Attend and participate in territory team calls and quarterly businessreviews

Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders andpractitioners to integrate agile methods in customerinteractions

Collaborate withSE andCSMMarketingand Product teams to develop and launch product-related online learning and enablement sessions (e.g.Industry Calls, Partner and Ecosystem Services)

Ensure instructorsand SMEsare properly prepared todeliver trainingsaccurately & effectively. Participate in the delivery of virtual and live training as afacilitator

Required Skills:5-7+ yearsin acontent developmentand/or content coordinationrole

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required

Experience developing sales enablement programs that have had proven success across field sales, services and technicalroles

Experiencedeveloping content and collateralsuccessfully in fast-movingenvironments

Exceptionalwrittencommunications, presentation, and facilitation skills

Experience and proven success working at a globallevel

Project management detailed mentality, with a strong process orientation

Understanding of sales training methodologies and best practices

Ability to multi-task in a high-volume,fast-paced environment where change isconstant

Ability to problem solve and “think on yourfeet”

Ability to work independently and in a teamenvironment

Preferred Skills:Ability to synthesize, simplify and explain complex problems to different types of audiences, includingexecutives

Experience inInstructional Design and course creation

Proficiency withXyleme, Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, or similar e-learning authoring developmenttools

Ability to implement the latest trends in distance learning anddesign

Experience sourcing content from throughout the organization (i.ecuration)
