If you have administrative experience in a hospital setting, this may be the perfect role for you!
Works collaboratively with Chiefs of Staff, and Director of Site Operations to ensure an integrated system for delivery of care.
Attends monthly meetings and communicates outcomes appropriately.
Functions as a liaison between the site coordinator/manager, physicians, and executives.
Provides monthly reports to the Director of Site Operations.
Coordinates maintenance and environmental services for the medical office as needed.
Facilitates final conflict resolution with patients regarding physicians, billings and health plans.
Maintains HIPPA Requirements.
Requirements
Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks
Experience facilitating meetings for Executives
Calendar Management and scheduling experience
Substantial computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
Sound written and verbal communication skills
At least 4 year of Administrative Assistant experience in a medical facility
Basic Medical Terminology experience desired
