This job includes:
Filing/Scanning
Assist with Credit Card Reconciliation
Process AP Transactions
Record transactions in QB
Assist with Payroll processing
Assist with month-end close and reports
Non-negotiable requirements:
Minimum of two years responsible accounting or bookkeeping experience including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger & financial reports
Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
Must be proficient in Quick Books and Microsoft Excel
Must have 10-key skills
Must pass a background check
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Dependable and extremely trustworthy; you value confidentiality and are ethical
