Responsibilities include:
Basic office admin (phones, filing, etc.)
Basic and advanced usage of QuickBooks for accounting needs
Account reconciliations
Work with the management on business planning
Other projects as assigned
The ideal candidate should have/be:
Currently or previously enrolled in an Accounting or business related degree program
Completed at least the first accounting course and Cost Accounting
Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
High level of self-direction, self-motivation, and energy
Strong computer skills in MS Office (especially Excel)
Technically savvy
