Oxnard Manufacturing company is seeking a detailed and professional Staff Accountant who will be responsible for overseeing all accounting procedures and advise on general financial matters.
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
$26.00-$29.00/hour + Benefits
Responsibilities:
Prepare and review financial documents, reports and statements.
Conduct billing processes.
Maintain the general ledger.
Maintain and update accounting records and files.
Analyze budgets and create expense reports.
Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger.
Reconcile bank statements.
Conduct month-end and year-end closing.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
HS Diploma or GED
3+ years of experience as a Staff Accountant
Advanced proficiency in Excel; pivot table, vlookups, formulas
Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills
