We are a nationwide tax resolution firm located in Simi Valley, CA . We are growing and need to find qualified individuals who have already worked in the tax resolution industry.
The Case Manager position is full time and requires a self motivated individual who can work quickly and accurately. This is a fast past environment and needs someone who can multi-task and wants to move up in the organization. A very customer service focused individual who is smart and learns quickly.
Responsibilities:
-Analyze financial situation and make sound decisions based on information provided by the clients and the Tax Agencies
-Call the IRS and other Tax Agencies to request and verify information such as Compliance
-Read and Understand transcripts (preferred)
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and attention to detail
-Manage and Prioritize Cases depending on the complexity and quantity
-Other duties upon request
