Sushi Chef Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a sushi chef
Ability to memorize menu items in a timely manner
Ability to stay calm and organized in a busy restaurant setting
Full-Time Availability required
MUST be punctual, reliable, proactive, in possession of a positive and "can-do" attitude, and able to freely speak to customers, make recommendations, be able to communicate menu item details.
Server Qualifications:
1-2 years of serving experience (Applicants with Japanese/Sushi restaurant experience will be prioritized, but this specific experience is not a requirement)
Ability to memorize menu items in a timely manner
Ability to stay calm and organized in a busy restaurant setting
Open availability (must be willing to work lunch AND dinner shifts, weekends a must)
Must be able to work Tuesdays and Thursdays
MUST be punctual, reliable, proactive, in possession of a positive and "can-do" attitude, and well-spoken (able to freely speak to customers, make recommendations, be able to communicate menu item details)'
