The Holiday Inn Express Port Huememe is seeking a Guest Service Associate who shares our passion for exceptional guest service.
The Guest Service Agent performs check-ins and check-outs of hotel guests courteously and efficiently. Processes payments according to established hotel policy, provides information to guests and visitors. Efficiently resolves guest issues and handles complaints.
Requirements: Ability to multi-task while maintaining a hospitable and professional demeanor, to think clearly, quickly and make concise decisions, work well under pressure, attention to details, and to maintain confidentiality of all guests and hotel. You must be a team player, able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays and overnight. Employee benefits after 90 days.
Experience is preferred but not required.
