Responsibilities and Duties
A Lead Line Cook and Prep Cook at Guss barbecue is an important member of our team and is responsible for the following:
Fabrication of Prepared Meats & Signature Items
Smoker & Production management
Recipe Development & Documentation
Product Ordering & Inventory Management
Quality control
Qualifications and Skills
High Volume Kitchen Experience
High Volume Catering Experience
Prep Production & Management Experience
Inventory Management Experience
BBQ Experience
Qualified Applicants Must Possess
