Immediate openings for experienced Cooks. American menu - Burgers, sandwiches, soups, seafood - made from scratch We are a pub, but we strive to be a very good pub! We are looking for team members who will take pride in their work and the restaurant. Day and night shifts available - some weekend shifts are required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cooks:
Ability to execute all positions on the line - prep, grill, fryer, flat top.
Execute and oversee the production of all menu items.
Expedite orders correctly and efficiently to ensure smooth kitchen flow.
Perform line checks to include temperature checks of all refrigeration, rotation and dating of all foods, proper prep (taste), freshness and specials completed for nightly service.
Implement opening and closing duties.
Ensure all foods are up to our quality and standards.
Food Handlers Card
Ability to work alone with minimal supervision at times.
Minimum 1 years experience as a Line cook.
Especially looking for experienced Opening Cooks
