We currently have 1 opening for a Patient chart coordinator. Candidates must be able to clearly identify chronic conditions.
Some of the Coordinators role include, but are not limited to:
Verifying eligibility
Concise and accurate documentation
Computer navigation competence
Data entry
Requirements:
Ideal candidate will have a healthcare background (Medical Assistant Certificate or Medical Office Front/Back Office experience as well as RN, LVN, CNA); High volume call center experience preferred; or a combination of education and extensive related professional experience to fulfill the job requirements.
Must be proficient with Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel); Familiarity with Electronic Health Records is a plus; Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and superb listening skills.
Preferred Experience:
Minimum 1-2+ years in a clinical setting or health coaching
