Immediate opening in Camarillo for a full-time Medical Assistant in a busy Dermatology office.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
Responsibilities:
Prepare patients for examinations
Assisting Physician and or Nurse Practitioner in different medical and cosmetic procedures.
Clean and stock exam rooms
Update and maintain patient files
Communicate with pharmacy regarding medication refills
Submit samples to the laboratory and submit correct paperwork with sample
Follow up on lab test results
Patient communication and follow up such as requesting a return visit
