JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

This position works together with caregivers, clients and office staff to ensure high quality customer service to all caregivers and clients of the PCS Program.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provides support for PCS by training caregivers with clients.

2. Updates clients' schedules and enters into the system in an attempt to know future scheduling needs for at least three weeks ahead of the needed shifts.

3. Confirms shifts weekly, two weeks in advance, with clients and caregivers.

4. Ensures accurate schedule coordination for clients and caregivers with follow up phone calls. Must talk with clients and caregivers on a bi-weekly basis.

5. Provides quality customer service to all clients, co-workers, caregivers, and community members.

6. Assists with general offices support by assuring the proper use of ClearCare scheduling system.

7. Ensures adherence to standards of customer service and quality.

8. Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of community resources and assists referral sources with information.

9. Performs on-call duties as scheduled, including weekends.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

1. High school graduate or equivalent experience.

2. Minimum two years of experience as a Personal Care Attendant required.

3. Bilingual - Spanish preferred.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; demonstrate ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple demands with a positive attitude.

5. Possess strong analytical skills; organizational skills with attention to detail.

6. Possess high level of written/verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

7. Ability to take initiative to resolve challenges.

8. Ability to maintain confidentiality.

9. Possess high level ability to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel; Allscripts desirable.

10. Customer service background required.

11. Fast paced work environment history required.

12. Strong ability to multi-task and proven organizational skills required.
