JT Resources, a non-union general labor company specializing in construction, is hiring.

What skills do you need to be a general laborer?
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
Comfortable working independently and within a team
Interest in learning new things and a schedule of job duties that changes from day-to-day
General familiarity with a large-scale construction site
Ability to perform a variety of physical tasks including bending, squatting, sitting, climbing, digging, carrying, and cleaning
Familiarity with operating hand and power tools of all types
Ability to work in all weather conditions (rain, heat)
At least 1 year of experience in general labor.
Reliable transportation to and from jobsite is critical(transportation is not provided)
Must have jeans, plain t-shirts and work boots (personal protective equipment provided if hired: hard hat, gloves, vests, shirts and safety glasses)
