Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Groundskeeper Project/House Manager Handyman for immediate hire to join our team in Simi Valley. This full-time position requires someone who takes pride in their work and leave a pleasant home environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to the grounds and house care management.
Primary Duties:
Keep property clean and manicured. Deep cleaning weekly.
Mow and blow, edge, trim plants and rose bushes, remove weeds, sweep walkways, remove cobwebs, hose off house dirt, remove dead plants, replace plants, trim and shape plants. Plant a rose, vegetable and fruit garden.
Keep trash area and cans cleaned. Put trash out on street and return cans.
Keep patio furniture and bar area clean and organized. Keep refrigerator clean and filled.
Perform handyman work as needed. Do minor repairs on outside of home and inside as needed.
Clean, detail, and gas cars. Take cars in for repairs. Keep cars filled with snacks, soda and water.
Clean and detail vintage cars. (non-driving)
Clean and maintain garage.
Put up and put away holiday decorations.
Repair electrical or plumbing as needed and able or inform owner for further instruction.
Fully maintain the whole property. Keep everything clean and in working order.
Inform owners when the house or property needs attention and more repair than you can do.
Requirements:
Friendly demeanor.
Comfortable around cats.
Marijuana-friendly and tolerant.
Fluent in both Spanish and English (priority).
Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Trustworthy and accountable.
Punctual.
Simi Valley resident preferred.
Compensation:
Wage will be discussed during the interview. No management of staff or crew is required. However please text your desired wage.

Realizar trabajos de mantenimiento según sea necesario. Haga reparaciones menores en el exterior y el interior de la casa según sea necesario.
Coches limpios, detallados y a gasolina. Lleve los autos a reparar. Mantenga los autos llenos de bocadillos, refrescos y agua.
Limpiar y detallar coches antiguos. (sin conducir)
Limpiar y mantener garaje.
