Skilled Labor:
We are seeking full-time construction workers that have experience in all the following trades:
General Framing
Concrete (Cutting, Coring Forming & Finishing)
Exterior Painting
Fencing Stucco
Operate heavy equipment is a plus
Drywall
Finish work
Plumbing
Electrical
Tile
Cabinetry
General Labor:
Clean up, demolition, transportation of materials, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:
College or other course work in Construction Management or Estimating
Demonstrates leadership and stays calm under pressure
Familiar with “On Screen Takeoff” software and "On Center Software" CSI codes for division 9 and 6.
On site construction experience preferred
Clean DMV and background
