AEMPro is currently looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to fill warehouse positions to stock and pull small car parts for our Ventura, CA location. This is a two week project starting on 9/17. We will be holding interviews on Monday 9/16 with 10 employees starting the next day.
Receiving and Inspecting Shipments: Verify and inspect incoming auto parts for accuracy, quality, and damage. Ensure that the correct parts are received and document any discrepancies.
Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory levels of auto parts using inventory management systems. Conduct regular cycle counts and ensure proper stock rotation to prevent shortages or overstock.
Storage and Organization: Properly store and organize auto parts in designated locations to optimize space and facilitate easy retrieval. Use shelving, bins, and labeling systems to maintain order.
Picking and Packing Orders: Accurately pick auto parts from inventory according to order specifications. Pack parts securely to prevent damage during transit and prepare shipments for delivery.
Shipping and Logistics Coordination: Prepare shipping documents, label packages, and coordinate with carriers for timely dispatch of orders. Track shipments and handle any issues related to delivery.
Order Fulfillment: Ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled correctly and in a timely manner. Address any issues or discrepancies with order fulfillment.
Maintenance and Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Perform routine maintenance on warehouse equipment and address any safety hazards.
Data Entry and Record Keeping: Enter and update information related to inventory, orders, and shipments into warehouse management systems or databases.
Customer Service Support: Assist with inquiries or issues related to orders, returns, or product information. Provide accurate information to customers or internal teams as needed.

Full Time. 8AM-5PM, Monday - Saturday with Sunday off.
This is a w2 job and pay is $17/hr.
