ARSI is seeking a candidate to join the Compliance Division (CD) based in Thousand Oaks, California. CD ensures that ARSI and its national network of law firms comply with applicable regulations, and guidelines and implements business rules and controls to protect and minimize risk to our clients.
What You Will Be Doing
Audit Legal Network law firms for client and regulatory compliance, in addition to adherence to strict company guidelines for security and privacy.
Review updates to policies/procedures and confirm that our Network law firms are complying with these updates.
Required Skills for Success
Proficiency in Microsoft productivity tools, including Outlook and Excel.
Exceptional time-management and interpersonal skills to meet service level deadlines.
Knowledge of fair debt collection practices and the legal collection process.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and be a quick learner.
