We handle all aspects of California family law — including divorce, custody, support, and domestic violence — and value professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail in every client interaction.

Responsibilities
Prepare and file pleadings, Judicial Council forms, RFOs, discovery, PDD/FDD, and judgments
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff professionally and empathetically
Manage case deadlines, hearings, and calendars
Assist with discovery, document review, and trial preparation
Draft declarations and prepare exhibits under attorney supervision
Maintain organized case files using Clio Manage and Google Workspace

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of California family law experience required
Strong knowledge of local family court procedures (Los Angeles and surrounding counties)
Excellent writing and proofreading skills
Proficiency with Clio Manage, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Drive preferred
Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence when working with clients
Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred
