Hello,
Group representing people with disabilities has opening for paralegal/legal writer.
Part time position, anticipating 20 hours per week, in social distancing office. Days and hours are flexible.
Duties may include review and summary of medical records, and research and drafting memorandum or briefs summarizing case, and asserting strategy for claim approval in Administrative Law venue.
Successful candidate ideally has completed paralegal program or 1-2 years of law school. Client meetings are ONLY by zoom. Two person office, with lots of social/physical distancing.
Compensation in $15-17 per hour range. Exceptional candidate may qualify for increased compensation.
