Boutique law firm specializing in real estate commercial transactions, and real estate and business litigation seeks a part-time attorney to primarily handle litigation and occasionally assist with transactional work. Successful candidate will have 10 years of real estate and/or business litigation experience with at least 3 first chair trials. Commercial real estate transactional experience a plus. Weekly hours will vary depending on workload.
This is an 'of counsel' position.
