Giant Partners is a digital marketing firm located in Thousand Oaks, California.

This is NOT a remote position. Must work in the office.

Our Email Marketing team is looking for a full-time, team oriented Email Marketing Associate.

Responsibilities:

Support Email Marketing Manager in QA of HTML email assets.

Work with email testing tools such as Litmus and Email on Acid to determine flaws in email design.

Support Email Marketing Manager in sending client campaigns and will be responsible for reporting metrics to Email Marketing Manager for review on client behalf.

Work with tools such as Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Hubspot, and more.

Manage and maintenance CRM and Email Service Provider Databases.

Responsible for managing client unsubscribes, volume throttling based on Internet Service Provider feedback (you will be trained), and uploading data into managed CRMs.

Managing project deliverables and ensuring project deliverables are completed within specified timelines for big brand clients.

Articulate tasks from clients to Giant Partners fulfillment team.

Execute email marketing and data deliverables for major clients, i.e.

Support Project Coordinator in tracking costs for digital and email marketing clients and submitting costs for review.

Input costs into ERP software for accurate financial reporting.

Work directly with design and programming team to ensure project deliverables are up to client and company standards.

In this role, you will be working closely with the Email Marketing Manager and Project Coordinator while gaining significant insight into account management.

Keep in mind: task fulfillment will lead to more flexibility and insight into new departments and business units.

Skills and Abilities:

Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends.

Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.).

Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers.

Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of our email sends.

Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email.

Research skills

Confident, highly numerate, pro-active, and creative individual

Ability to provide recommendation based on analysis of multiple data source.

Strong communication and writing skills

Passionate about marketing and data

Naturally curious and inquisitive about processes

Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment

Requirements:

BA/BS or equivalent working experience.

Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics.

Excellent understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics such as Sender Score, deliverability, and sender reputation.

Proficiency in email marketing and marketing automation technology.

Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email optimization.

Excellent writer and communicator (in both the written and verbal form).
