We are currently growing our product line and market exposure and are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team. They will start by being trained in our product and sales Philosophy. They will sell our products and prove their sales worthiness. After a 60 day run with a proven sales history with us, they will be given the responsibility to continue selling but also create an in house outbound phone sales team who will work under them. They will get a Commission Over ride on each sales person that is productive.
Job Overview: This position is primarily responsible for growing the sales of the company through effective personal sales and then by management of the phone sales organization they will create.
Main Responsibilities:
Personal Sales Goals to be met.
Hire and supervise Phone sales Reps after 60 days
Phone Sales Personnel - recruitment, hiring, firing & conduct of all sales personnel
Reporting - responsible corporate management
Oversee with help from Management product training for the sales team
Participate in strategic planning for the territory Specific Responsibilities:
Lead Sales personnel to achieve Phone sales objectives
Act as central point of contact regarding phone sales personnel issues
Interface with other internal departments
Stay up to date on new procedures, policies, and system features.
Training in sales approach and selling skills
Training in product knowledge Requirements
Bachelor's degree an asset
At least 5 years sales experience with a proven performance record
Prior sales management experience (references required)
Experience in wholesale distribution market
Self-driven, motivated, results oriented and customer focused.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Strong & proven track record of successfully mentoring & coaching sales teams to achieve their greatest potential. ( Minimum 2 Years with references)
Experience growing a sales team (references)
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales objectives and quotas
Demonstrated leadership capabilities
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Computer skills necessary: Contact Data Base useage ( we use ACT)Excel, Word, Outlook
Compensation:
You will be working out of our facility in Camarillo, CA and will be required to come to work every day of the week M - F. 8 am to 4 pm
Base Package includes
Salary 2500/ month Plus 15% Commission on sales so long as you sell at least 5000.00 in a month. (Average sales of a sales person is 5000 a week.)
We are seeking individual who is looking to earn 100,000+ year in the first year!
You also get a 5% Sales Commission over ride on all sales from the sales people who are hired who make Minimum quotas.
