The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor with excellent verbal, written, graphic and quantitative skills and can prioritize/multi task in a fast paced environment. Compensation, $35K to $50K per year, depending upon experience, plus stock options.
Qualifications
Ability to effectively interact with team members and clients
Experience with graphic design software
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong editing and writing skills
Extraordinary attention to detail
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Desirable Experience:
Previous position in an administrative support role
Creating social media marketing campaigns
Web site development
Familiarity with Customer contact database software, such as ACT or Goldmine
Familiarity with data entry into QuickBooks
Responsibilities May Include:
Creating email or social media marketing campaigns
Preparing meeting and training graphics materials
Assist in preparing marketing materials
Manage the Marketing Database
Preform basic administrative duties
Occasional answering Phones & greeting visitors
