Part Time Graphic Design/Office Support Assistant
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager on a variety of design activities, including publication of marketing and communication materials, daily administrative and creative tasks. You will also be responsible for assisting other departments, including sales, accounting and HR. If you are creative, organized, detail-oriented and can work cross-functionally with multiple departments, this may be the right opportunity for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Designs marketing materials including:
o Marketing campaigns
o Newsletters
o Social media
o Brochures
o Presentations
o Videos
Photographs and edits product line images
Designs and implements website updates
Creates product illustrations
Performs miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned and required
QUALIFICATIONS
AA or BA in Graphic Design, Marketing or related field
Proficiency in Adobe Package: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience using website development tools including WordPress and Dreamweaver
Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills
Strong attention to detail in graphics, layout and typography
Ability to follow creative direction, maintain brand standards and work collaboratively
Ability to demonstrate resourcefulness, accountability and outstanding attention to detail
