Wiggins Lift Co. is a leader in innovative material-handling solutions, building world-class lift trucks used around the globe. We’re looking for a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist with at least 5 years of experience to join our precision machining team.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, program, and operate Haas ST-series CNC lathes.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
Perform offsets, tool changes, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances.
Inspect finished components using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
Maintain machine performance and uphold Wiggins’ high-quality standards.
Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on CNC lathe machining experience.
Proficiency in Haas controls and G/M-code adjustments.
Strong understanding of tooling, feeds, and speeds for various materials.
Ability to troubleshoot machining and setup issues independently.
