The Warehouse Manager is a key position needed in a thriving lighting business. Looking for a process oriented leader that thrives in a fast paced environment, ability to multi-task, and work well under pressure with the vision of process excellence. Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Oversee Warehouse Operations
Hiring and Training new team members
Building processes for receiving, picking, packing, shipping and returns
Conduct dock and pack/hold inspections to ensure shipment accuracy
Ensure high quality of work and maintain accuracy and integrity of inventory
Implementing continuous process improvement initiatives that reduce cost of operations while improving service level, capacity, productivity and quality
Establishing and adjusting work procedures and shift schedules to meet deadlines as dictated by volume fluctuations
Requirements:
Strong leadership skills
Experience working in an E-Commerce (apparel) Environment
Previous warehouse management is required; prefer 5+ years experience
Knowledge and experience working with Warehouse Management Systems
Multilingual is a plus
