Very busy and growing glass business is looking for a highly motivated office assistant to handle daily administrative tasks and bookkeeping. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is looking to advance their career while learning a highly specialized industry. Prerequisite requirements include:
Proficient in Microsoft Excelâ„¢ and Quickbooks is a Must
Must have a commanding knowledge in all Microsoft products to include but not limited to:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Outlook
Previous experience also needed in:
- QuickBooks
- Handling of AR/AP
- Previous bookkeeping experience
- Previous experience in the construction industry a plus
- Ability to manipulate and markup PDF documents
