Mid-sized Thousand Oaks financial services company seeks bright and articulate person with strong administrative and computer skills to assist attorneys in its compliance department. A college degree is preferred, a legal background and/or paralegal certificate would be helpful.

Must be able to multitask and display strong attention to detail in a fast-paced atmosphere.
Highly intelligent, customer service oriented individual
Quick thinker, assertive, a self starter who is able to think outside the box
Strong presentation and communication skills
Strong knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word applications.
Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company
Must be able to work well under pressure
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working area.
