Duties include: Answer Phones, Schedule Estimates, and add new customer info if needed, Call back estimates from day before and answer any questions and schedule Jobs, Email invoices with job date and time and payment info, Call next day's estimates and jobs to confirm appointments, Call jobs when completed and see if they will leave a review.
