The Planning/Inventory Clerk is responsible for working closely with inspection to ensure paperwork packets are complete and shipments are on time to customers.
Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
$19.00-$26.00/hour
Responsibilities:
Create shipper packets and upload to Net-inspect or Aerospec programs.
Ensure all certs from outside processing are in compliance.
Perform inspection on purchase order receipts.
Maintain logs in Microquality portal.
Oversee final inspection for quality and accuracy prior to shipping.
Handle internal audits.
Pull shipping orders and kits from stock room.
Maintain accurate inventory of products.
Act as the back up for the front office as well as shipping and receiving when needed.
Requirements:
HS Diploma or GED
Prior experience in manufacturing, shipping/receiving or inventory control
Excellent written and communication skills
