Mid-sized Thousand Oaks financial services company seeks a bright and articulate person with clerical and computer skills to assist its Human Resources Department.
The duties of a Clerk include, but are not limited to the following:
Filing;
Keeping the department organized and accurate with confidential information;
Photocopying, faxing, and perform clerical function;
Assist the department with various projects as needed;
Prepare new employee files;
Upload and enter information and documentation into company's databases;
Perform other duties as assigned;
Adhere to assign work schedule;
Attend meetings and training as requested.
No prior HR experience is required. This position would be great for a student that needs a flexible schedule!
