Triumph's current southern California portfolio includes communities in some of the most prized locations in the counties of Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange, Riverside, Ventura, and San Bernardino.
Immediate opening for a Manager or a Management Team at The Casa Oaks Apartments located in Newbury Park, CA. Must live on site.
Manager Duties include but not limited to:
-Showing apartments
-Process applicant paperwork
-Oversee day to day operations of property
-Collecting rents
-Resident relations
-Yardi experience is preferred
Maintenance duties include but are not limited to:
-Completing work-orders/repairs
-Unit turnover maintenance
Candidates must also
- Be able to read, write and speak English
- Pass a Drug/Background screening
- Possess strong communication/customer services skills.
- Possess a valid driver’s license
