We are looking for a full-time Loan Officer assistant or Jr. Loan Officer to Join or Mortgage Team grow with us. Candidates need to be organized and detailed oriented, a team player, personable, reliable and accountable, work well under pressure, quick learner, and be able to get along well with all types of people. 1- 2 years minimum experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate mortgage loans applications start to finish, i.e. file opening, input, review income and credit history, pricing, retrieve loan conditions, communicate with borrowers, Realtors; prospects etc.
Maintain regular dialogue with loan officer, transaction coordinator and processors throughout the loan process
Answering and screening all incoming calls and tracking leads
Responsible for managing database and coordinating regular mailings
Follow daily systems and check lists, completing forms and coordinating client gifts, thank you notes
Light filing and personal assistance
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of residential lending, real estate experience, or banking/accounting is required.
Proficient with loan origination software, the MLS, Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-through
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience managing a large pipeline
Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
Salary plus commission.
