Long-established real estate investment firm based in Ventura County, CA with multifamily communities and commercial properties in Southern California and Nevada is searching for experienced Regional Asset Managers and Property Managers
Ideal candidates are strong critical thinkers with excellent communication and organizational skills, a positive attitude and working knowledge of MS Office.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in the following:
Management of multifamily communities
Management of commercial properties
Leadership of on-site staff
Yardi Voyager software is a plus
ARM or CPM certification is a plus
