THE CANDIDATE WE ARE SEEKING
We are looking for a Microsoft Project expert who can assist the executive team in planning and scheduling a portfolio of projects. We are looking for someone who can start immediately. This is a project based position lasting 1-5 days.
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS ROLE
-Use MS Project to help our team schedule and forecast a portfolio of projects
-Provide basic MS Project training to key team members
-Learn and train the team on new plug-in for MS Project
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS ROLE
Expert in MS Project
High level of focus, patience and energy
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Very fast and effective
Experience handling sensitive information
Familiar with Critical Chain (a plus but not required)
