Title: Esthetician
Reports to: Medical Spa Director & Owner
Fast paced, fun, medical spa in search of an experienced Medical Esthetician who administers medical facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, radiofrequency, microneedling, dermaplaning, Dermal Infusion, and waxing services. You must possess a thorough knowledge of the skin, have excellent facial massage and skin extraction techniques, possess excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills and be willing to train in Ruth Swissa specific facial treatment offerings. You must possess excellent communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness and beauty solutions to meet the needs of our guests. This is a commission based position, and you must hold and maintain a current state license.
Duties and Responsibilities:
o Be on time for your shift, prompt with each appointment and perform services
within the appropriate time allotted for the service.
o Provide consistent professional facial and body treatments in accordance with medical spa
protocols and accepted certification practices.
o Be flexible with your schedule, supporting the needs of the medical spa.
o Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training guests in these areas.
o Actively promote home care programs, meeting minimum retail sales goals.
o Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the medical spas policies and procedures.
o Perform prep work and properly clean and restock room as required.
o Handle guests questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
o Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by
guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
o Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests
in the medical spa that require attention.
o Possess ability to work without direct supervision.
o Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
o Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the medical spa.
o Assist in all areas of medical spa operation as requested by management.
o Must be familiar with google calendar and schedule appointments as needed.

o Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
o Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
o Must be physically able to operate all esthetic equipment which includes beds.
o You must hold and maintain a current state license.
