The Help Desk Support - Level I reports directly to the Director of IT and Software Engineering.
Summary:
As the Help Desk Support I, you will be tasked with maintaining the flow of day-to-day IT operations within the office.
Help Desk:
Take the lead on Help Desk Tickets.
Provide on-site Desktop, Laptop, Phone support
Installs PCs, Macs, LANs, cabling, and software (Windows 7, Windows 10, Mac OS X)
Help manage antivirus deployments and remove Viruses, Trojans, Malware, Spyware, PUPS
Maintain Exchange Accounts (auditing, deleting, and creating)
Update workstation software (Flash, Java, Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
Required:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with Office365 is a plus.
